INTRODUCTION The Ateen Policies and Procedures govern your rights as a Ateen Independent Distributor. You should familiarize yourself with the contents of these Policies and Procedures, and any questions you may have regarding the Policies and Procedures should be directed to the Ateen Customer Service staff. a. Policies and Compensation Plan Incorporated into Distributor Agreement: These Policies and Procedures, in their present form and as amended from time to time by Ateen, Inc., or any Ateen, Inc. Affiliate, (hereafter collectively "Ateen" or the "Company"), are referred to in the Ateen Distributor Agreement. Where these Policies and Procedures are incorporated into the Ateen Distributor Agreement by specific reference, these Policies and Procedure constitute an official part of that agreement. Where these Policies and Procedures are not specifically incorporated into that agreement, they nevertheless reflect the official position of Ateen with respect to the terms thereof, and any violation of these Policies and Procedures may constitute a breach of an Independent Ateen Distributor's obligations under that agreement, subjecting the Distributor to the termination provisions of the agreement. Hereafter, when the term "Agreement" is used, it collectively refers to the mutual obligations between Ateen and the Independent Ateen Distributors as evidenced in the Application and Agreement, these Policies and Procedures, the Ateen Global Compensation Plan, and (when applicable) the Ateen Business Entity Application. It is the responsibility of each Distributor to understand and adhere to the most current version of these Policies and Procedures. When sponsoring a new Distributor, the sponsoring Distributor should help the new Distributor applicant to understand this ongoing obligation.

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange: All merchandise must be returned by the Customer who purchased it from Ateen. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to Ateen's Fulfillment Center with the shipping pre-paid. Ateen does not accept shipping- collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the Customer who is returning the product. If the returned product is not received by Ateen's Fulfillment Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer to trace the shipment. No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
